Our origins lie in classic mechanical engineering. In-house construction, solid and modern design as well as in-house production facilities are the basis for high-quality products. Control technology, software development, e-planning, control cabinet construction and assembly are also carried out in-house, so that the path from concept to finished machine is correspondingly short for us.

In addition to NIR spectroscopy, which is our core competence, we also work in the field of visible light (VIS). Specially developed illumination and software solutions guarantee a high degree of flexibility and customisation options to suit your requirements.

Pick-and-place applications, handling, machine loading, palletising - the applications we have implemented to date are as varied as the areas of use of the models from the range of different robot suppliers. As an ABB value provider, we prefer to use ABB robots, but we are also happy to work with models from other manufacturers such as Fanuc and Kuka, depending on the task and customer requirements.

Nothing could be better testimony for the quality of our solutions: ,,The Flakeanalyser is one of the key player device SKYTECH is relaying on to perform our daily quality control to raw material and ensure the best quality material to our customers. We also use it on a daily basis in process to secure the stability of our production. RTT System is supporting us regularly, they can have perform remote troubelshooting and we ask them to do our an annual maintenance on all our flakeanalysers.‘‘

About Skytech SLP…

Founded in 2018 following a Research & Development phase conducted hand-in-hand with the CNRS, ADEME and the École Normale Supérieure at Paris-Saclay, SKYTECH has developed unique capabilities in the area of separating plastics using triboelectricity, making it possible to achieve purity levels of about 99% after sorting. These plastics can then be regenerated, transforming them into new raw materials. In this way, SKYTECH restores to waste plastic the highly technical properties required by industrial customers and plastics manufacturers

SKYTECH carries out industrial scale production of resins entirely sourced by recycling post-consumer plastic waste, i.e., from end-of-life vehicles (ELV) or electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) and produces a range of premium regenerated resins – rABS, rPS – from complex mixes of post-consumer plastic waste to meet customers demanding standards and manufacturing constraints.
