Our origins lie in classic mechanical engineering. In-house construction, solid and modern design as well as in-house production facilities are the basis for high-quality products. Control technology, software development, e-planning, control cabinet construction and assembly are also carried out in-house, so that the path from concept to finished machine is correspondingly short for us.
By using and combining different optical sensors, we are able to successfully fulfil a wide range of customer requirements. In addition to NIR spectroscopy, which is our core competence, we also work in the field of visible light (VIS). Specially developed illumination and software solutions guarantee a high degree of flexibility and customisation options to suit your requirements.
Pick-and-place applications, handling, machine loading, palletising - the applications we have implemented to date are as varied as the areas of use of the models from the range of different robot suppliers. As an ABB value provider, we prefer to use ABB robots, but we are also happy to work with models from other manufacturers such as Fanuc and Kuka, depending on the task and customer requirements.
Introducing ourselves - RTT System GmbH
RTT System GmbH is the second spin-off from RTT Robotertechnik-TRANSFER GmbH, an innovative Saxon special machine manufacturer with a 30-year tradition. The oldest part of the company, RTT Robotertechnik- TRANSFER GmbH, is primarily concerned with the automation of assembly and manufacturing processes in order to optimise production on the customer's premises through specially designed applications. In order to concentrate on specific future-oriented markets, equipment technologies suitable for series production have repeatedly been separated from customer-specific special machine construction.
In 1998, RTT Steinert GmbH initially developed out of a special machine. While this company is successfully active worldwide in the field of waste recovery and recycling management with the development and construction of optical sorting systems for plastic and paper separation, RTT System GmbH, founded in 2010, takes on analysis and detection tasks outside the sorting equipment sector.
After the new development and multiple installation of bulk reverse vending machines for beverage packaging, RTT System GmbH has now developed a new family of devices for quality control and material analysis of small bulk goods.
This product line offers the possibility of classifying a wide variety of materials characterised by their colour and material properties. The flake analyser is especially designed for analysis tasks in the field of recyclates and mineral fines.
